The Final of Eurovision Young Musicians 2018 took place in the Usher Hall in Edinburgh on the 23rd of August. The 19th edition of the contest was won by Ivan Bessonov from Russia.
Today, on the 22nd of August, our six finalists rehearsed their Final repertoire together with the BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra in the Glasgow Royal Concert Hall.
The Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Norway, Russia and Slovenia have qualified for the Final of Eurovision Young Musicians 2018, which will take place in the Usher Hall in Edinburgh on Thursda [...]
On Semi-Final day 2 the following countries performed, in the hope of qualifying for the Final: Estonia, Belgium, Albania, Russia, Germany, Czech Republic, Sweden, Norway and Croatia.

Today our participants got a visit from the First Minister of Scotland, Nicola Sturgeon. She had a conversation with each participant and wished them good luck in the competition.

These are the hosts of the 2018 Eurovision Young Musicians in Edinburgh: Petroc Trelawny and Josie d'Arby. Petroc will host the Semi-Finals by himself, Josie will join him for the Final.
