The 18-year-old Marta Chlebicka was born in 2000 and started playing the flute at the age of seven. Since 2013 she has been a student at Zenon Brzewski Music Highschool in Warsaw, Poland.
Her leading professor is Beata Kierzkowska. Marta improved her skills on a number of master courses both in Poland and abroad under the supervision of Elżbieta Gadzina-Gajewska, Łukasz Długosz, Antoni Wierzbiński, Peter Lukas-Graf, Mario Caroli, Carlos Bruneel and Dejan Gavric.
Marta is a scholar of The Ministry of Culture and National Heritage ‘Młoda Polska’, The Ministry of Culture and National Heritage for artistic achievements and Polish Children's Fund. She has performed at many prestigious places such as NOSPR Katowice, concert studio of Polish radio, National Opera, National Philharmonic, Royal Castle and abroad in Odeon Theatre in Bucharest and The University of Music in Vienna.
In addition to the flute, she also plays piccolo flute, bass flute and alto flute. In her repertoire, you may find classical masterpieces as well as modern music.
