Final: Running order and repertoire

This is the order in which the finalists will appear on stage in the Usher Hall and these are the works that they will play. So do not miss the Final of Eurovision Young Musicians 2018 this Thursday, the 23rd of August in Edinburgh!

Our six finalists will hit the stage in below order, and they will perform the mentioned repertoire on stage together with the BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra conducted by its Chief Conductor, Thomas Dausgaard.
  • Birgitta Elisa Oftestad (Norway) ● Elgar - Cello Concerto, 4th movement
  • Nikola Pajanović (Slovenia) ● Tchaikovsky - Violin Concerto, 3rd movement
  • Indi Stivín (Czech Republic) ● Stivín - Bohemian Suite for Double Bass, 2nd & 3rd movements
  • Mira Foron (Germany) ● Sibelius - Violin Concerto, 3rd movement
  • Máté Bencze (Hungary) ● Ibert - Concerto da Camera for Saxophone
  • Ivan Bessonov (Russia) ● Tchaikovsky - Piano Concerto No 1, 3rd movement
